WALKER CO., GA (WRCB) - A national secular organization is commending Ridgeland High School for it's prompt investigation into alleged constitutional violations surrounding football coach Mark Mariakis.

But, the Freedom From Religion Foundation still has some concerns.

The community held a prayer rally for Coach Mariakis over the weekend, in which he reportedly spoke about sharing the gospel.

An attorney for the Freedom From Religion Foundation calls Coach Mariakis' involvement at the event "inappropriate" and is calling for another investigation.
