POLK COUNTY, TN. (WRCB) -- The man at the center of a triple murder faced a judge for the first time Wednesday.
George Waters is charged with three counts of first degree murder.
He is accused to of killing Wanda, Willard and Doug Waters.
Their bodies were found Friday in the Copper Hill community.
Wanda's husband, 61-year-old Willard J. Waters was taken to the hospital where he later died.
All three were found on a gravel road that has five houses, all occupied by family members.
Investigators say the shooting involved a dispute over property lines.
Waters is due for a preliminary hearing November 14, and he is being held without bond.
Breaking overnight, Chattanooga police confirm a person was shot on Wilcox Blvd. near Moss Street.
