CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- With the more welcoming temperatures of fall close by, River City Company has joined forces with Arts & Education Council to present a free series of outdoor movies in the 700 block of Chattanooga's Market Street. Combining documentaries and popular films, the event seeks to recreate a simpler time when drive-in movies and outdoor events were more common than they are today.

"Movies at the 700 Block: Urban Theater in the City Center" will start a three-week-long event, showing two films each Saturday night, starting September 1. Food trucks and beer will be onsite.
