Chattanooga police investigate 3rd shooting within 48 hours

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Chattanooga police are investigating a third shooting within 48 hours.

Just after 12:00 a.m. Monday, police responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of 4th Avenue.

Twenty four year old James Ballard was grazed by a bullet when the suspect shot at him. The suspect took off.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call the Chattanooga Police Department at 423-698-2525.
