Pioneer Palooza welcomes back East Ridge students

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The 2012-13 school year is underway and East Ridge Elementary hosted "Pioneer Palooza" on Saturday at the East Ridge High practice field to encourage community involvement and positive behavior in area schools.

The Palooza featured a carnival with various games and booths.

Tickets were sold for 25 cents and most activities required only one ticket.

Children and families also enjoyed snacks and meeting new classmates.
