Formal complaint filed in Catoosa County Sheriff's race

Posted: Updated:

CATOOSA CO., GA (WRCB) - A formal complaint has been filed in the Catoosa County Sheriff's race.

Next week's Republican runoff is between Larry Black and Gary Sisk.

Larry Black says Sisk violated a sheriff's office policy by running a commercial featuring current sheriff Phil Summers and a Catoosa County patrol car and sheriff's badge.

Black's campaign says it has been informed the ad will be pulled from rotation.
