Woman assaulted at downtown office building

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A woman claims she was sexually assaulted at the TVA office building.

She identified the suspect as 33 year old Charles Holt.

The woman says she was in a fourth floor bathroom, when she saw Holt standing behind her in the mirror.

She says when she turned around to tell him to leave, he grabbed her inappropriately.

The woman was able to get away and find a security guard.

Holt is charged with sexual battery.
