Driver identified in fatal Polk County accident

POLK COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -- Investigators have identified the driver of the double fatal wreck that occurred in Polk County on Wednesday, July 18.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a 1993 Toyota pickup was traveling west on U.S. 64. For an unknown reason the driver of vehicle, David Hall, 20, veered off the right side of roadway.

Hall then over corrected and lost control of his vehicle, which then flipped several times causing all passengers to be ejected.

The truck came to rest down an embankment off the right side of the road way.

Hall was killed, along with 15-year-old Kristen Bray. Injured in the accident was 20-year-old Eric Dillard.

The report also noted that none of the three were wearing their seat belts.
