Cleveland pastor indicted on two counts of sexual battery in Polk County

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -- A Cleveland pastor has been indicted on two counts of sexual battery in Polk County.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office began investigating Hank Davis after allegations he had an inappropriate relationship with a teenage girl while on a youth mission trip to the Parksville Lake area of Polk county.

Investigators say the victim told two adults about the alleged incidents.

Davis, a pastor at Cleveland Church of the Harvest, is scheduled to be in court next week.
