CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- The rainy weather moving through the Tennessee Valley has caused some minor problems on the roadways.

Chattanooga police say Signal Mountain Road at the front of the mountain is closed due to flooding.

Police say water levels are rising in the 1000 Block of Suck Creek Road.

Earlier Saturday, a vehicle caught fire in the northbound lanes of Highway 153 over the Chickamauga Dam. Police say the lanes are now clear.

Storm Alert Meteorologist Nick Austin says scattered showers and storm are in the forecast for Saturday, but nothing severe is expected.
