CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) – Local volunteers from the Red Cross have been called to help storm victims in West Virginia.

The East Tennessee Chapters is sending three Emergency Response Vehicles to the state, after thunderstorms in the Mid Atlantic caused widespread damage and left millions without power.

Two volunteers from the Chattanooga Chapter will deploy Tuesday afternoon, and the Red Cross expects to send more.
