CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- For just a $100 donation to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Mary Makooi is now the proud owner of a brand new home. 

The newly built St. Jude Dream Home, located in the Georgetown Bay community of Ooltewah, given away during a live broadcast on Sunday afternoon along with other high-end prizes.

The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a community service project sponsored by WRCB Channel 3, Pratt Homebuilders, WUSY US-101, Comcast, and the Chattanooga Times Free Press to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

In addition to the St. Jude Dream Home house, 14 other prizes were also given away, each valued at $500 or more.
