(WRCB) - Today we will see clouds and warm weather with highs near 80.
The front that brought us some severe weather yesterday in the form of hail producing storms has moved south and is beginning to wash out. As it does, however, it may enough punch this afternoon and this evening to pop off a couple of showers or thunderstorms in the Tennessee Valley.
With that said, I do not expect anything as widespread or severe as we had yesterday. We may see some brief heavy rain, along with lightning and gusty winds Hail, however, is not likely and there is no threat of tornadoes.
Over the weekend we should stay dry (no soggy cornbread in South Pittsburgh) and warm with highs in the mid 80s.
