CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - More than 100 new jobs are in the Tennessee Valley and workers are making progress.
Wednesday, Wrigley's celebrated its Chattanooga factory's expansion and the addition of 120 new positions.
According to Nooga.com the structural add-on, announced in 2010, gave the building 1500 more square feet and has increased production almost 50%.
Wrigley's now employs about 250 workers who make LifeSavers Mints, LifeSavers Gummies and Altoids.
Wednesday also marked the LifeSaver brand's 100th anniversary.
