UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled for kidnapped infant

UPDATE: The Amber Alert for 3-month-old Urijah Keene has been canceled. According to a release from the TBI, the child was safely located by the Johnson City Police Department.

However, investigators said the suspect, Daniel Keene, is still at large. If you know where he is, you are asked to call the Bristol, Tenn. Police Department at 423-989-5600.

(WRCB) – The TBI has issued an Amber Alert for East Tennessee for a three month old missing from the Tri-Cities area.

According to the TBI, Urijah Keene, along with his was kidnapped by his non-custodial father, Daniel Keene.

Urijah is described as being 22 inches long and weighing 13 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red onesy, with collar. He has bandaids on both legs and a birthmark on his upper right leg.

Police say Keene released the mother in Bristol, Virginia, but fled with the child.

Keene is a 42 year-old male with red hair and blue eyes. He is 5'7" tall and weighs 160lbs. He was last seen driving a silver 2000 Ford Mustang  with Tennessee Tag 811WZR. The driver's side window is broken out. He also has tattoos on his back left calf and right calf.

There is an order of protection against Keene for Urijah and his mother.

Warrants are being issued at this time for Aggravated Kidnapping.
