Rocky Face man killed in mowing accident

TUNNEL HILL, WHITFIELD COUNTY, GA. (WRCB) -- A Rocky Face man is dead after an accident involving a lawn mower.

The Whitfield County Sheriff's Office tells Channel 3, 48-year-old Ricky Baker was killed Saturday, when he, and the riding lawn mower he was on, fell into a pond off Chattanooga Road.

A friend discovered Baker in the water, trapped under the mower, and attempted CPR.

The sheriff's office says the medical examiner conducted an examination and ruled Baker's death accidental.
