Posted: Updated:

(WRCB) -  A man seriously injured in a Bradley County crash earlier this month has died.

James Aszman, 82, of Meigs County, died in a Chattanooga hospital over the weekend, according to Bradley County deputies.

Aszman was injured in a head-on crash in the 6500 block of Georgetown Road and airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center.

Traffic investigators for the Bradley County Sheriff's Office are still investigating to determine the cause of the crash involving cars driven by Aszman and Brenda Bacon, 66, of Georgetown.

A passenger in Bacon's car was injured and both were treated at SkyRidge Medical Center.

Aszman is the fourth traffic related death in Bradley County this year.
