CATOOSA COUNTY, GA. (WRCB) -- The Georgia State Patrol has charged a man in connection with a deadly crash on Interstate 75 Sunday afternoon.
GSP Spokesman Gordy Wright tells Channel 3, Steven Labideaux was booked in the Catoosa County Jail Sunday evening, following the crash at mile marker 345.
The wreck happened in the southbound lanes and involved two vehicles.
One person was killed, and three others were sent to the hospital.
Wright says Labideaux is charged with second degree vehicular homicide, improper lane change, and trucks restricted to two right lanes.
The victim's name has not been released.
