Man taken into custody after breaking probation

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - A man on probation for bank robbery, is in hot water again.

Our crew was at the scene when Bryce Gilbert surrendered to police and U.S. Marshals at a home near Rossville Boulevard and East 27th street.

He was wanted for violating his supervised release, by not checking in with his probation officer, moving without reporting it and failing a drug test.

Gilbert later went before a federal judge.
