NOBLE, WALKER CO., GA (WRCB) - Today is the 10th anniversary of the grisly discovery of bodies at the Tri-State Crematory in Walker County.

On February 15th, 2002, hundreds of uncremated bodies were found at Tri-State Crematory in Noble.

It was a story that gained national attention for weeks. After the discovery officials compared to a horror movie.

Brent Marsh is serving a 12 year prison sentence in the case.

He has never offered an explanation as to why he did not properly dispose of the bodies.
