(WRCB) – A month-long investigation in Calhoun has led to the arrest of one man on marijuana charges.
Kyle Heath, 19, was arrested Tuesday morning by members of the Calhoun Police Special Operations Unit.
Police say they executed a search warrant on Heath's apartment on Mauldin Road and discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Heath is charged with two counts violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
He remains in the Gordon County Jail, pending a bond hearing.
