Former Rhea Co. court clerk indicted for theft

DAYTON, RHEA COUNTY (WRCB) -- A former Rhea County Circuit Court deputy clerk is in hot water.

TBI Spokeswoman Kristin Helm confirms to Channel 3, 46-year-old Kelley Roberts Marsh is charged with theft of property worth more than $1,000.

Helm says an investigation by the bureau found evidence to seek charges.

She says Marsh was indicted by the grand jury Monday.
