CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Daniel Cartwright overcome a poor-shooting night to score 12 points and help Sequatchie County outlast Chattanooga Christian for a 45-42 district road win on Monday night.
Cartwright, the Indians' leading scorer, didn't score his first point until he hit a free throw midway through the second quarter to tie the game at 21-all.
The Chargers did their best to slow down Sequatchie's high-flying offense with its methodical half-court sets, something they were unable to do in a 65-40 loss in Dunlap.
Brandon Arnold and Clark Marshall each scored 11 points to lead the Chargers.
With the win, Sequatchie County improves to 20-2 overall and stays perfect at 8-0 in District 7-AA.
Other scores from Monday night:
