(Times Free Press) - A man whose remains were discovered by a child in Renaissance Park in October died of a heart condition, a medical examiner's report found.

Chuckie Lynn Headrick, 39, was from Soddy-Daisy and had suffered from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease, states the report from the Hamilton County medical examiner, and likely died in the woods in the park.

The report does not indicate how much time passed between Headrick's death and the discovery of his remains on Oct. 17 — just one day before his 40th birthday.
