CLEVELAND, BRADLEY COUNTY (WRCB) – Three teens were arrested on theft charges Thursday morning in Bradley County.
Sheriff's Office Spokesman Bob Gault tells Channel 3, 18-year-old Owen Blake Rogers, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were picked up by deputies Green Shadow Road for allegedly breaking in to a vacant home.
Gault says officers were initially called to the home the night before after a neighbor noticed suspicious activity; however, no one was found by deputies.
When another 9-1-1 call came in the following morning, deputies arrived to the home to find the suspects with a trailer, loaded down with scrap metal, and several pieces of jewelry.
The trio is charged with burglary and theft.
Gault says additional charges are pending.
