(WRCB) - Investigators are returning to Signal Mountain this morning to continue the search for Gail Palmgren.

Palmgren's red Jeep Rubicon was found several hundred feet down a steep cliff on Signal Mountain Thursday, just off East Brow Road.

After several hours, investigators were able to rappel down the cliff to vehicle and confirm it does belong to Gail Palmgren, but did not find her remains inside the vehicle.

Friday, investigators return the scene with cadaver dogs to search the area around the vehicle.

Palmgren was last seen leaving the family home at 40 Ridgerock Drive on Signal Mountain on April 30 in her ruby red Jeep Rubicon.
