Police investigate 2 early morning shootings

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Police are looking for answers after two early morning shootings on Friday.

Details are limited, but we do know the shooting happened just before 1:00a.m. near the intersection of Bonny Oaks Drive and Jersey Pike.

When police arrived on the scene they found at least one person injured from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to the hospital, condition is not known.

Police have not released any suspect information. 

Chattanooga police are also investigating another shooting from early Friday morning.

Dispatchers say a victim showed up to the hospital with a gunshot wound around 3:00a.m.

They believe the shooting may have happened somewhere on 39th Street but haven't found a crime scene yet.
