Tennessee man accused of threatening congressman’s family arrested
CHATTANOOGA (TIMES FREE PRESS) --A Lenoir City, Tenn. man accused of threatening the family of U.S. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, R-Va., was arrested on Wednesday, officials said.
Glendon Swift, 62, was charged with threatening to assault or murder a member of the immediate family of a U.S. official, FBI spokeswoman Stacie Bohanan said in a news release. If convicted, he could receive a maximum of 10 years in prison, she said.
