Posted: Updated:

HAMILTON COUNTY (WRCB)-- Members of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Ooltewah Middle School are teaming up to make sure every child in the county has a Merry Christmas!

The 3rd Annual Community Day and Car Show will be held at Ooltewah Middle on November 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Those who wish to attend the event are encouraged to bring a toy, which will be donated to the Forgotten Child Fund.

A fee of $10.00, or a toy of equal value, is required to enter the car show.

In addition to the show, face painting, craft booths and a child safety seat check are included during the event.

The Forgotten Child Fund is held each year by public safety professionals in an effort to insure every child in Hamilton County gets a visit from Santa.
