CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Jayme Rampey from Liberty, South Carolina caught five fish weighing 20 lbs. 9 oz. to take the lead in the first day of the Wal-Mart BFL Regional Bass Tournament being held at Chester Frost Park. 

Rampey said he caught his fish early and then elected to stay close saving his up river fish for the second tournament day.
