Watch Eyewitness News Today each weekday and get the key word. Then EVERY Friday watch for your cue to call in and give the five words from the week. The third caller who knows all the key words for the week wins an 46" HDTV.

The "Eyewitness News Today Watch and Win an HDTV" contest begins on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 5:00am and ends on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 7:00am. To participate in the contest, WRCB viewers must call the WRCB contest line between 6am and 7am when asked to do so, as part of each Friday's live news broadcast during each contest week. The contest line phone number will be given visually on screen and audibly as part of the broadcast. The 3^rd caller will be asked to name that week's five key words and becomes the winner. If the 3^rd caller cannot name that week's correct key words, callers 4, 5 and so on will be asked to give that week's five key words. The one daily key word needed to win will be given visually on screen and audibly as part of each newscast Monday through Friday between 5-6am and 6-7am of each contest week. The caller can name the five key words from that week in any order. Callers will have a maximum of one minute per call in which to name the five key words for their answer. Each "Eyewitness News Today Watch and Win an HDTV" weekly prize will be a 46" HDTV valued at approximately $499.

How to Enter the Contest:

1. The "Eyewitness News Today Watch and Win an HDTV" contest is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 5:00am and end on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 7:00am.

2. To participate in the contest, WRCB viewers must call the WRCB contest line between 6am and 7am (the time may vary due to newscast line-up) when asked to do so, as part of each Friday's live news broadcast during each contest week. The contest line phone number will be given visually on screen and audibly as part of the broadcast. The 3^rd caller will be asked to name that week's five key words correctly and then becomes the winner. If the 3^rd caller cannot name that week's correct key words, callers 4, 5 and so on will be asked to give that week's five key words. The one daily key word needed to win will be given visually on screen and audibly as part of each newscast Monday through Friday between 5-6am and 6-7am of each contest week. 3. If no caller is able to correctly identify the contest week's five key words, the HDTV prize will be carried over to the next contest week and awarded as part of the next week's contest. Any un-awarded prizes will roll over into the following week's contest so that there could be two winners in the second week, three winners in the third week, and four winners in the fourth week. If there are any un-awarded prizes after the final week of the contest, the un-awarded prizes revert back to WRCB.

Eligibility Restrictions:

1. The contest is open to all WRCB Channel 3 Eyewitness News viewers who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the Chattanooga DMA. Employees of WRCB, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., participating sponsors/promotional partners, other TV stations, radio stations in the Chattanooga DMA area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family members are parents, children, spouses, those in spouse-like relationship, and siblings (including those in step- and half-relationships when living in the same household).

2. Contestants can win a WRCB contest once every thirty (30) days, and can win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

3. The winning caller must come to the WRCB studios, located at located at 900 Whitehall Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405, within seven days of winning during normal business hours, show a valid driver's license or other valid government issued ID, as well as sign a receipt and promotional and liability release.

Prizes:

1. Each "Eyewitness News Today Watch and Win an HDTV" weekly prize will be a 46" HDTV valued at approximately $499.

2. All prizes must be picked up at the office of WRCB studios, located at 900 Whitehall Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405, within seven days of winning during normal business hours. Any prizes not claimed within seven days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. If any prize is forfeited, an alternate winner will not be selected. WRCB is not responsible for the safe transportation or installation of the prize.

3. Contest prizes are not transferable, and will be awarded only to the individual correctly identifying the week's five key words in the manner described in the contest rules. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

Selection of Winners:

1. These rules are subject to the interpretation of WRCB management. Decisions of station management are final and binding.

2. Between 6-7am, the time may vary due to newscast line-up, on the following dates; Friday, February 3, 2012; Friday, February 10, 2012; Friday, February 17, 2012; Friday, February 24, 2012; and Friday, March 3, 2012. WRCB viewers will be asked to call in to try to be the third caller with the correct contest answers.

3. Each call will be answered in the order in which it is received. The 3^rd caller will be asked to give that week's five key words. The first caller asked to give that week's five key words with the correct answers will be that week's winner.

4. Tie-breaking procedures are not applicable in this contest.

Conditions:

1. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

2. By participating in the contest, each winner agrees to allow their name, voice, and/or likeness to be used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest for a period of one year without additional financial or other compensation.

3. Contest winners are required to sign a receipt verifying eligibility prior to acceptance of the prize. Before claiming a prize, each contest winner is also required to sign a Liability Release if the prize to be awarded is valued at $600.00 or greater. Pursuant to the Liability Release, the winner agrees to hold WRCB, Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., and its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize or participation in the contest.

4. Any aspect of these rules, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, can be changed at the discretion of WRCB, and such change(s) will become effective upon on-air or other appropriate announcement.

5. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

6. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of WRCB.

7. WRCB is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of any prize. Please dial carefully. WRCB is not responsible for any failure or inability to participate in the contest, whether due to telephone difficulties, television reception difficulties, any form of equipment malfunction, busy lines, or as a result of any other cause whatsoever.

8. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours 8:30am-5:30pm at the main studio of WRCB, 900 Whitehall Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to WRCB at the address above. The official rules will also be available at wrcbtv.com.

9. A list of winners will be available after Friday, March 9, 2012. To request the list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to WRCB, 900 Whitehall Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405, within 90 days of the announced end date of the contest.
