3-car crash sends woman to hospital by Life Force

MENLO, CHATTOOGA COUNTY (WRCB)-- A woman is flown from the scene of a multi-car accident in Menlo Monday afternoon.

A Georgia State Patrol dispatcher says the crash happened on Highway 48 at Bell Street shortly before 3:30 p.m.

The dispatcher tells Channel 3, one woman was flown by Life Force to Erlanger, but was unclear of her condition, or the condition of anyone else involved.

The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
