Second TVA contractor indicted for false inspections

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Federal prosecutors have charged another contractor employee at the Tennessee Valley Authority's Watts Bar Nuclear Plant with falsifying electrical cable inspection records.

Court records show John E. Delk is charged with the felony offense of knowingly and willfully certifying work that he knew had not been completed.

Another former employee, Matthew Correll, pleaded guilty to falsifying records on the reactor project.

Correll's sentencing is set for October 6th in Chattanooga.
