KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee coach Derek Dooley says he's unsure whether senior defensive end Ben Martin will be able to play against Florida on Saturday.
Martin suffered a sprained ankle in the Volunteers' 45-23 win against Cincinnati last week.
Dooley says he expects Martin, who has torn the Achilles' tendon on both of his legs in the past 14 months, to have "management issues" with his health all season and has hoped to get 15 to 20 snaps a game from the 6-foot-4, 265-pound Cincinnati native.
Junior offensive tackle Dallas Thomas is expected to start for the Vols (2-0) against the 16th-ranked Gators (2-0) after hurting his knee against Cincinnati.
