CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Some properties owned by a controversial agency are now up for auction.
The two plots are owned by the Tennessee Multi-Cultural Chamber of Commerce.
The group helps minority business owners and is not affiliated with the Chattanooga Chamber.
Earlier this summer, Eyewitness News reported the Chamber defaulted on a half million dollar loan for the properties.
A foreclosure notice was posted in the Times Free Press over the weekend.
The properties will be sold next month.
