CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The headmaster of The Bright School in Chattanooga spent Thursday night on the roof of the school.

O. J. Morgan climbed to the roof at noon Thursday and will stay there until midday Friday. During that time, he will read a total of 18 books, one selected by each classroom.

When Mr. Morgan comes down, he'll visit each classroom, and discuss the book they chose for him.

Founded in 1913, Bright School is Tennessee's oldest, independent elementary school, enrolling 354 boys and girls in pre-kindergarten through 5th grade.
