One person injured in accident on I-75 in GA

WHITFIELD COUNTY, GA (WRCB) -An early morning accident on Interstate 75 caused some problems for motorists in Whitfield County.

Interstate 75 Northbound at the Carbondale exit was closed after 2 cars wrecked just before 2AM.

At least one person was taken by ambulance to the Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton.

Officers had the interstate reopened by 3AM.

No word if anyone else was hurt or the severity of the injuries.
