Dalton cheer coach jailed again

WHITFIELD COUNTY, GA. (WRCB)-- A Dalton man is facing a laundry list of drug charges after being arrested again, this time for drunk driving.

Whitfield County deputies charged Dwight Cook with DUI and criminal trespass Saturday night.

In March, Cook was arrested for selling methamphetamine after a month long investigation by law enforcement.

Cook was a coach at the Sideline All-Stars Cheerleading Gym on Powell Drive.

Police told Channel 3 at the time, they didn't believe he sold drugs to the cheerleaders.
