CHATTANOOGA (WRCB)--Dust off your telescopes and stay up a little later tonight if you're a star gazer. The Perseid meteor shower will peak in the predawn hours of Saturday morning! Some scattered clouds and a full moon may obstruct some of your view, but if you can get away from the city lights give it a shot. Here are a few tips:

*Look to the constellation Perseus in the northeast sky
*Best viewing time will be in the few hours leading up to dawn
*Sunrise is at 6:59 a.m. Saturday in Chattanooga

Have fun and good luck!
