MURRAY COUNTY, GA (WRCB) -- A Murray County teacher who pleaded guilty to DUI won't get her job back.

Jennifer Zeigler was arrested in March, while on her way to school early in the morning.

An officer pulled her over for speeding and hitting a truck at a red light. He said she nearly hit another car.

A blood alcohol test showed Zeigler was nearly four times the legal limit.

In an appeal to get her job back, she testified she's an alcoholic and frequently drank herself to sleep but is getting help now.

The board upheld her termination.
