ATHENS, MCMINN COUNTY, TN. (WRCB)-- A Cleveland man faces murder charges after he allegedly provided pills that led to a fatal overdose.

According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, 29-year-old Matt Campbell supplied 33-year-old Jason Hampton with prescription pills that ultimately led to a fatal overdose in December of 2010.

Campbell is charged with second degree murder, sale and delivery of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

Three others were arrested in connection with the incident. Marvin Collins, 41, is charged with sale and delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.

Two others, Randall Collins, 19, and Carrie Beth Robinson, 20, are charged with facilitating the sale and delivery of controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance

All four were booked into the McMinn County Jail.
