CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -  Just one week after the announcement of more than a dozen principal moves, new Hamilton County Superintendent Rick Smith has added a couple more.

With the start of classes just three weeks away, two longtime principals are trading places. Ralph Fernandez, principal at Wolftever Creek for the past nine years, is headed to Soddy Elementary. He'll switch jobs with Lee Ann Mills, who has been principal at several schools, including Soddy for the past five years.  Superintendent Smith says barring any surprise resignations, he doesn't expect any further principal moves.
