Murray County Voters Elect New Commissioner

Murray County, GA. (WRCB) - Tuesday, Murray County, Georgia, voters chose a new commissioner in a run-off election.

The election commission tells Eyewitness News that Greg Hogan will serve as the sole commissioner.

Hogan takes the seat vacated by David Ridley, who abruptly resigned in the spring amid allegations of sexual harassment.

Greg Hogan is a former mayor of Eton, and was the runner up for commissioner in 2008.
