The concert will benefit the Ringgold High School Band and Athletic Fund. Ringgold High was devastated during an EF-4 tornado on April 27. It destroyed most of the school's athletic facilities.

The gates open at 5:00 p.m. at the Davis Cattle Company Rodeo, 1242 Ooltewah Ringgold Road, Ringgold, GA.
