Storm Alert 3 Team: Sunny, hot holiday

Posted: Updated:

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - Heat and humidity will be creeping back into the Tennessee Valley over the weekend.

Friday we will reach 94, Saturday 96, and Sunday 95.

There really is no chance of any rainfall Friday or Saturday, and only a slight chance of an afternoon storm Sunday into the 4th of July.

For your Independence Day, we will see a high of 94, one or two afternoon storms, and dry weather by the time the fireworks are shooting off about 9pm.
