DALLAS, TEXAS (WRCB)- Several Tennessee Valley schools and students brought home top awards from the recent Technology Students Association national conference in Dallas.

Among the winners in the middle school category (and their national ranking) are:

Communication Challenge:  Jack White, CSLA # 3, Bethany Burns, SMMS  # 4

Electronic Gaming:  Hunter Middle School # 8

Environmental Focus:  Signal Mtn Middle # 10

Flight:  Ross Eller, Loftis Middle # 1

Go Green Manufacturing:  Hunter Middle School # 6, Signal Mtn. Middle # 9

Leadership Strategies:  Signal Mtn. Middle # 3

Lights, Camera:  CSLA # 5

Medical Technology:  CSLA # 1, Signal Mtn. Middle # 5

Prepared Speech:  Bethany Burns, SMMS # 2

Transportation Challenge:  Chris Lee, Loftis Middle # 8

TSA Cup, Marine Design:  Loftis Middle # 3
