UPDATE 6: Storm damage and power outage reports

CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) -- Here is a list of storm damage reports from 911 Dispatch centers and power companies.


EPB-  just under 8,800 customers without power as of 10:15pm Tuesday. 90+ folks working in the field to get it restored. It might take until Wednesday afternoon before everyone's power is back on.

N. GA EMC - less than 100 customers without power as of 9:30pm Tuesday. Customers who are still without power are asked to call one of NGEMC's area offices. NGEMC office phone numbers are as follows: Dalton (706) 259-9441 Calhoun (706) 629-3160 Fort Oglethorpe (706) 866-2231 Trion (706) 734-7341.

VEC - 8,500 customers without power as of 9:15pm Tuesday. Every available crew is working to restore power.



Bledsoe County - tree or two down

Chattanooga - Nothing tying up roadways. A tree fell on a house at 3006 Wilcox. No injuries.

Hamilton - wind damge, trees down. Worst areas are Sale Creek, Walden, Ootewah and Collegedale.

Marion- quite a few trees down

Meigs- wide spread power outages, several trees on roadways.  State Highway 58 at the Brick House Restaurant is closed due to a down tree.

Polk- few trees down on Highway 64

Rhea- power outages and down trees.



Dade - bunch of trees down

Walker - down trees, Nick-a-jack closed

Whitfield - power lines and trees down
