Husband drops lawsuits against missing Signal Mountain mother

Posted: Updated:

SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, HAMILTON COUNTY (WRCB) – The husband of the missing Signal Mountain mother has dropped all his lawsuits against his wife.

His attorney tells Channel 3 a nonsuit has been filed to voluntarily dismiss motions for custody and legal separation.

"The kids have finished the school year and we just felt it was in the best interest of everyone," said Bryan Hoss, Palmgren's attorney.

Hoss says the motions can be refiled at any time if Gail Palmgren surfaces. Hoss says in the event Gail Palmgren is located, the motions would be refiled.

Gail Palmgren disappeared on April 30th. She was last seen by a neighbor driving away from the family home in her red Jeep Rubicon.
