Jackson County, AL: Katherine Elease Whited

JACKSON COUNTY, ALABAMA -- Katherine Elease Whited, age 75, of Flat Rock died on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from storm-related injuries.

Mrs. Whited is survived by her sons, Gerald O. Whited of Higdon and Anthony R. Whited of Flat Rock; brother, Wendell Anderson of Flat Rock; sister, Caryon Anderson of Whitwell; eight grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Whited was a member of Owensby Chapel Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She died with her husband, John Whited and daughter, Shelba Jean Shannon. She was buried in Overlook Cemetery.
