RINGGOLD, CATOOSA COUNTY, GA (WRCB) -- Chelsea Miranda Black, 16, departed this life Wednesday, April 27, 2011, along with her parents, Christopher and Pamela Hargis Black and brother, Cody Black.

She was a Junior at Ringgold High School, a member of the FBLA and attended Welcome Hill Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, George Henry Black and Lawrence and Patricia Ann Self Hargis.

She is survived by her grandmother, Martha Carter, of Ringgold, Ga.; niece, Beatrix Pearl Black, of Ringgold, Ga.; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
